Account & Security

Your Profile page is where you manage your personal account — your name and picture, passwordless sign-in with passkeys, organization invitations addressed to you, and (if you ever need it) deleting your account. It's separate from organization Settings, which control your workspace and team.

Sign in with email when needed

Email and password sign-in remains available, with password recovery beside the password field.

Overview

Open Profile from your account menu. The page has four sections:

  • Personal Information — your display name and avatar.
  • Passkeys — secure, passwordless sign-in.
  • Invitations — pending invitations to join other organizations.
  • Danger Zone — permanently delete your account.

Personal information

Update your Name and an optional Profile picture URL, then Save Changes. Your avatar updates live as you type, and your email is shown for reference (your email is your sign-in identity and isn't edited here).

Passkeys

Passkeys are "secure, passwordless authentication for your account" — they let you sign in with your device's biometrics (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello) or a hardware security key instead of a password.

  • Click Add Passkey to register the device or security key you're currently on. Your browser walks you through the prompt.
  • Each registered passkey lists its device type and when it was added; passkeys synced to a provider (iCloud Keychain, a password manager, etc.) show a Backed Up badge.
  • Remove one with the trash icon — once deleted, it can no longer be used to sign in.

You can register multiple passkeys (e.g. your laptop and your phone) so you always have a way in.

Invitations

If someone invites you to their organization, the invitation appears in the Invitations section of your Profile, where you can accept or decline it. Accepting adds you as a member of that organization. (Inviting others into your own organization is done from Team Management.)

Deleting your account

The Danger Zone lets you permanently delete your account. This cannot be undone — it removes your account and your data. If you only want to leave a workspace, accept/decline invitations or have an owner remove you instead.
