Settings let owners and admins manage organization details, team members, and credits.
Workspace settings
Manage workspace-wide access and controls
Choose the correct settings area
General, API keys, Teams, and Webhooks are workspace-level settings for the active organization.
Update the organization details
Edit the organization name or slug, then save the workspace changes.
Organization details
Open Settings → General to review the active organization's name and workspace-level configuration. Changes here affect everyone in the organization, so confirm the organization switcher before saving.
Members and roles
Owners and admins can invite teammates and update their roles. Give people the least access they need: use member access for day-to-day agent and support work, and reserve admin or owner access for workspace configuration and billing.
Pending invitations remain visible until they are accepted or revoked. Revoke an invitation if it was sent to the wrong address or is no longer needed.
